Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our water sports gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Personal Care products
  • Electronics (unless defective)
  • Opened Snorkel Gear
  • Used Rash Guards and swimwear

This policy is designed to protect all our customers and ensure hygiene standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  5. Ship the package to our return address:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Swimline Store is not responsible for return items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

Due to customs regulations, we cannot accept returns from international customers without prior authorization. Please contact us before attempting to return any items.
